These are Madagascar septarian stones. They are multicolored stones comprised of 3-4 different minerals:
- Aragonite - Brown
- Barite -White/Cream/Clear
- Calcite -Yellow
- Limestone -Gray
Many people refer to septarian stones as "dragon eggs" or even sometimes "dinosaur eggs" because they are thought to resemble what eggs would look like from these creatures whether in the realm of fantasy or in an ancient context.
Septarian, believed to be a stone of ancient knowledge, past life energy, dreams, strength, communication, and protection, is tied to the lower chakras; sacral, root and solar plexus.
The beauty of this stone is striking and can also appear to be alien-like and otherworldly.
